Terms of service

1. The service

vedhun.com is run by vedhuncard, a registered sole proprietorship in the Maldives (BN89522026). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Making a gift or invitation

You choose a design, add names, words and optional photos, and we create a link (and QR code) for you to share. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with the people you want to see it.

You are responsible for what you put in a gift or invitation. You must not upload or write anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that uses another person's photos or private details without permission.

3. Prices and payment

Free designs cost nothing. Premium designs show their price in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR), including any applicable taxes, before you pay. Card payments are processed by Bank of Maldives PLC through its secure payment gateway. Your link is created as soon as the payment is approved.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the words and photos you add. You give us permission to store them and show them to people who open your link, only for the purpose of running the service.

We may remove a gift or invitation that breaks these terms or that we are legally required to remove. You can ask us to delete your gift at any time (see the Privacy page).

5. Availability

We work to keep vedhun.com running and your links working, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve designs over time.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a paid design is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Maldivian consumer protection law.

7. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are covered on our Refund & cancellation page.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and disputes fall under the courts of the Maldives.
